My name is Charles Kent, and I am the owner/operator of Status Inspections. I have lived in Oregon all my life and absolutely love the Northwest. Throughout my lifetime, I’ve had the opportunity to travel and see many places, yet I still believe Oregon is the most beautiful place I’ve been.

I graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in business management and a minor in communications. My first career was in the automotive industry, where I managed automotive shops in the Portland area. Building relationships and helping people has always been a true passion of mine. The experience I gained from assisting people with their cars has proven to be invaluable in my role as a home inspector. Our core values center around integrity, respect, professionalism, responsibility, accountability, and the continuous pursuit of education and certification. We place a strong emphasis on building relationships with clients and agents because we believe we’re in the business of people, not just the business of buying or selling homes.
